Develop program, fundraising, and communications strategies to align with your strategic plan or long-term vision

Create annual plans, including fundraising plans, fundraising and communications calendars, project management trackers, and editorial calendars 

Enhance and expand systems and processes to ensure short-term effectiveness and long-term sustainability 

Develop strategy for new and/or expanded programs, and create program launch plans, timelines, staffing plans, evaluation plans, and fundraising and communications strategies for those programs

Identify new funding sources, and create a plan to reach and engage those funders

Develop revenue diversification strategies

Create systems and procedures to track fundraising and partnership pipelines and engage funders meaningfully and efficiently

Partner with CEOs and Executive Directors to hone their fundraising approach and deepen their thought leadership efforts

Build strategies and tools to improve board engagement

Develop goals and agendas for board committees

Facilitate workshops to help staff members understand the funding process and develop fundraising competencies

Conceptualize and write proposals, partnership packages, and reports 

Create or enhance grants management calendars and processes
